Strawberries creamy squares: everyone will love it! A few ingredients to make a creamy dessert that everyone will love! INGREDIENTS 3 egg whites; 3 egg yolks; 200g (7 oz) sugar; 150g (5 oz) flour; 150g (5 oz) cornstarch; 250g (8.8 oz) butter, room temperature; 2 tsp baking powder; 600g (8.8 oz) pastry cream; 1 cup whipped cream; 200g (7 oz) strawberry puree; 10g (0.3 oz) gelatin leaves, soaked; 1 cup whipped cream; Gelatin solution; Sliced strawberries. METHOD Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and airy. Add soft butter and beat until creamy. Whisk flour with baking powder and cornstarch. Whip the egg whites. Add butter mixture into the flour and beat until smooth dough forms. Fold in the egg whites. Spread the dough it 15×20 cm baking pan and bake at 170C/340F for around 30 minutes. Let cool down and slice in half lengthwise. Melt soaked gelatin and strawberry puree in the microwave. Let cool down a little, then fold the whipped cream in. Fold another cup of whipped cream in pastry cream. Spread pastry cream on top of the cake layer, cover with another cake layer, top with strawberry and cream mousse and then add sliced strawberries. Tiramisù cake How to turns your favorite Italian sweet treat into the perfect layer cake to cut into at your next party! INGREDIENTS • 250ml / 8.8oz warm water • 2 tbsp instant coffee Base: • 150g cookies • 60g melted butter Cheesecake: • 300g / 2 cups cream cheese • 300g / 2 cups mascarpone • 180g / 1.2 cups icing sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 190ml / 6.7oz cream 35% fat • 1 tbsp gelatin • savoyardi • cocoa powder METHOD Mix warm water and coffee. Divide 3 tablespoons of the coffee mixture into another bowl. Set aside. Grind cookies. Add oil. Form a cheesecake base. Beat cream cheese and mascarpone. Then add icing sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well. In another bowl, whip the cream and pour it into the cream cheese mixture. Dissolve gelatin in a mixture containing 3 tablespoons of coffee mixture, and mix. Pour the gelatin mixture into the cheesecake mixture and mix. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into prepared pan. Soak the savoyards in the coffee mixture, and then place them on top. Then sprinkle with cocoa powder. Put another 1/3 of the mixture on top and spread it evenly. Use a pastry bag to decorate the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate for 12 hours. How to make delicious and fragrant croissants at home! Perfect as a snack or for breakfast. How to make super soft croissants! INGREDIENTS 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) warm water; 100g (3.4 oz) flour; 18g (0.6 oz) sugar; 10g (0.3 oz) fresh yeast; 500g (1 pound) flour; 100g (3.4 oz) sugar; 70g (2.3 oz) butter, melted; ½ cup warm milk; 1 egg; 1 egg white; Room temperature butter for layering; Egg wash. METHOD Dissolve sugar and crumbled yeast in warm water. Add flour and stir to form a sticky dough. Set aside for 10 minutes. Whisk sugar, with butter, egg and an egg white. Add yeast paste and leftover flour. Knead until smooth dough forms. Set the dough aside for 1hour. Roll out the dough to form a rectangle. Cut it into 5-6 strips and brush each one with room temperature butter. Layer strips on top of one another and re-roll into a rectangle again. Slice into triangles and roll croissants as shown in the video. Set aside in warmth for at least 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
